Cancellation and rescheduling policy

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up (coming 15 minutes late is treated as No Show).

Clients are generally allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. If you are late, we may not be able to complete the entire treatment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who have the following appointments with us. If this happens it will be considered a missed appointment and 100% of the booked treatment charge will apply to your account.

North Perth: We are surrounded with heaps of 2 hours free parking around and bus stations within walking distance.

Our store is just a few minutes away from Hyde Park which is a gem to have a break and enjoy the nature.

Applecross: Being located in Riseley Square, it is the easy way to get in from Canning Highway or Riseley Street, with free parking in central bays or 3 hours free parking bays around the area.
